Shipping:

• Our standard order processing time is 3-5 working days.

• Please note that orders containing customized products take a little longer to create with love and care – these will be processed in 7-8 working days as each piece is made to order.
• Working days exclude Sundays and Public Holidays – even we need a little break to create more magic! 😊
• For bulk orders, we recommend getting in touch at least two weeks to one month (even better) in advance to ensure everything is perfect and on time.

Delivery:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information with the expected delivery date via email/SMS.
• Delivery time can vary between 2-10 working days, depending on your location.
• We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery, FedEx, BlueDart, EKart, and more to ensure your order arrives safely.
• Please note, we currently do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) service. We only accept Pre-Paid orders.

Returns & Cancellations Policy:

• Order Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or dispatched from our studio.

  • Please ensure you double-check your order before confirming payment.

• Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective items received on delivery. A complete unboxing video is mandatory (from opening the outer packaging till the product is fully visible) to claim a return for damage/defect. Send the unboxing video along with your Order ID and Name to us on WhatsApp: +91 88794 34969 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
